3. Marketing technologies requiring consent
Subject to your consent, we use the Meta Pixel provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland. • Purpose: measuring the performance of our ads on Facebook and Instagram — page views and completed webinar registrations are recorded. • Legal basis: your consent under § 25 (1) TDDDG and Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. • Storage: the Meta Pixel sets cookies (in particular `_fbp`, lifetime up to 90 days) and transmits usage data including your IP address to Meta. • Third-country transfer: a transfer to Meta Platforms, Inc. in the USA cannot be ruled out. It is based on the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Without your consent the Meta Pixel is not loaded and no data is transmitted to Meta. Withdrawal: you can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of this website. On withdrawal we delete the Meta cookies that were set and no longer load the pixel.
4. Cookieless audience measurement
For audience measurement we use Pirsch Analytics (Pirsch Analytics GmbH, Germany). Pirsch is cookieless, hosted in Germany and does not build personal profiles; it therefore does not require consent. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in privacy-friendly statistics under Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

We reserve the right to update this cookie information with prospective effect should this become necessary due to changing technical or legal conditions. The version published on our website at the relevant time shall apply.
