Yes. LexA was developed following "Privacy by Design and Default" principles. GDPR compliance is not a retroactive feature but an integral part of the architecture, including tenant isolation at the database level, encryption of all data, complete audit logs, and configurable retention periods.

Where is my data stored?

Exclusively in Germany. All data is stored and processed in data centers in Frankfurt am Main (EU, region eu-central-1). There is no data transfer to third countries.

No. LexA implements strict tenant isolation (multi-tenancy). Access to another firm's data is prevented at every level of the system.

We execute the required confidentiality agreement per Section 203(3) StGB with every firm. Our technical and organizational measures are designed for the special requirements of professional secret holders: role-based access control, complete audit trails, and strict access policies.

No. Client data is never used for training external AI models. All AI requests follow a zero-data-retention policy — AI providers do not store any input data.

LexA will offer an integration with the special electronic attorney mailbox (beA). The beA integration is currently in development. Depending on your plan, you will be able to receive beA messages or fully send, receive, and process eEB — all directly in LexA.
